Only for domestic safes that have an emergency key — each safe has its own key; master keys do not exist.
If your safe has an emergency key you can open it and reprogram a new code; otherwise you must call a specialist safe technician to perform an opening.
If the batteries are inside the safe, you can only open it if there is a connection on the keypad through a terminal or with the emergency key. If the batteries are in the keypad, you will need to replace them with new ones.
